It’s official!  CAP21 is expanding its offices to include the fifth floor of 18 West 18th Street!  We all gathered on Wednesday to witness Frank sign the 20-year lease and watch Board President Nancy Truitt sign the (very big!) deposit check.  And of course, no celebration is complete without cake and champagne.

The expansion onto the fifth floor will begin in September and will include more studios, new offices for the Business Department and Theatre Company, and even a new performance space!  It’s a very exciting time for CAP21 as we continue to grow and invite more amazing artists into our space.
